Frequently Asked Questions

How can I prepare for my session remotely?

If your session is done remotely, you should be in a private spot where you will not be disturbed during the session. Make sure to be well-hydrated before the session and have a glass of water within reach while we do it. The most important thing, though, is to have an open mind and believe that healing is possible.

What to expect from a session?

With your permission and by setting a clear intention to help you realign and release trapped emotions and imbalances, I can energetically connect with you because we are all energy. We are all connected. This allows me to tune into your subconscious and ask specific yes or no questions to guide us through the modalities to help clear imbalances. These imbalances are often trapped emotions that must be brought to your conscious mind to be released. If the session is in person, I use a magnet to swipe down your governing meridian to release these energies, and if the session is remote, I serve as your proxy and swipe myself. Since our body is made up of magnetic energy, using a magnet is a powerful carrier for the practitioner’s intention to release or correct imbalances in your body. Your subconscious will guide me and only allow me to clear what you are ready to release. It is straightforward, and you do not have to reveal or relive your past or share personal details. Some refer to it as “talkless therapy.”

How many trapped emotions can you release at one time?

Your body knows exactly how many trapped emotions it can release at one time and in what order. Most of the time, you can release about 5 to 10 emotions in one 20-minute session. However, sometimes, your body will only allow you to release 2-3 emotions in a session or 15 to 20.

Will I notice a change immediately?

Everyone’s experience is unique. Some may release very quickly and immediately experience a reduction in pain, a sense of feeling lighter, and a sense of relief or joy. Still, more often than not, it takes a few days or several sessions before major shifts are noticed. Think of it as peeling an onion, one layer at a time.

What can I expect after a session?

“The body has to process every emotion that is experienced. A normal, healthy emotional experience is when you feel the emotion and let it go immediately, and the process is done immediately.  When an emotion gets trapped, the body does not go through this process and cannot let it go on its own. When you release an emotion with the Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code, the body can finally go through this processing or healing period.  At the time of release, some people can feel the energy being released by feeling a chill in their body, yawning, or crying, but normally, your body needs time to process this release, which usually takes a day or so. About 20% of the time, people will notice “symptoms” of processing such as emotional sensitivity, sleeplessness, a need for more sleep, vivid dreams, etc. Very rarely, physical or emotional symptoms may worsen. Still, like all processing, it should last only about a day or two.  Most people tend to feel lighter and happier after an emotional release- if this doesn’t occur right after the release, it usually occurs after the procession period is over, according to Dr. Bradley Nelson.

How many underlying imbalances can be released in one session?

Each person is different in terms of how many trapped emotions or imbalances can be released in one session, as the number of imbalances contributing to one issue varies from person to person. However, the body can generally release 5-15 imbalances in a session. When you have released all your body can release in a session, you will typically lose the ability to be tested momentarily because your body needs time to process and may be overloaded. The whole process is completely customized to your unique situation.

How is the Belief Code®  different from the Emotion Code® and Body CodeTM?

The Belief Code builds on the Emotion and Body Code and allows you to identify and release negative belief systems, including associated imbalances that feed these belief systems.
