Our core belief system is like the roots of a tree, influencing how we view and interact with the world around us. A belief, as perceived by the subconscious mind, acts as a filter through which life is interpreted. The Belief Code is a groundbreaking approach to energy healing that builds on the Emotion Code and Body Code, all developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson.  It is designed to systematically unearth and release negative belief systems entrenched in your subconscious mind, thus freeing your mind, body and spirit. Our core belief system shapes every aspect of our lives, often without our conscious awareness.

Our subconscious mind makes no judgements like the conscious mind; it only draws conclusions. So, if as a kid you were told enough times that you were never going to amount to anything, this may become part of the operating system of your subconscious mind, then other limiting beliefs and negative programs attach to that belief, preventing you from living your life for your highest self.

The Belief Code is organized into seven main categories having to do with beliefs, aligning up with the seven chakras and each area has its own subcategories of negative and positive beliefs making it a very effective way to identify and eliminate harmful beliefs from our subconscious mind.

The Belief Code addresses the four major layers of a Faulty Belief System:

 1) Faulty Core Identity (the soil the tree is growing in) where the negative beliefs originate usually between birth and age 7 when we absorb the ideas around us without questions. These often become so closely associated with are identity, that they may be unrecognizable to us

 2) Faulty Core Belief (the roots of the tree) when a negative belief is reinforce and supported by other emotions, that belief begins to grow and even become additional beliefs. Becoming a tangled web of roots that becomes our belief system.  

3) Limiting Beliefs (the Trunk of the tree) when you ask why the belief system exists, you will find limiting beliefs at the core. This belief is likely something you believe about yourself or the world. However, you might have no idea that this thought was lingering in your subconscious mind.

4) Negative Programs (the branches)  the result of the full system, producing negative automatic thoughts. They are the easiest part of the faulty belief to perceive and can be recognized as negative self-talk and negative chatter in the mind.

Then you have associated imbalances which are trapped emotions or imbalances in the body that feed this faulty belief. You must get rid of these imbalances  to prevent the belief from coming back.

Using the Belief Code I am able to connect directly with your subconscious, to uncover hidden barriers revealing the limiting beliefs that might be blocking your path to your highest potential or achieving your most cherished goals, then we go back to the Body Code to find the associated imbalances that are feeding your limiting belief and release them as well. The term Energy Healing describes various holistic healing techniques based on the belief that everything is energy, including the human body.
